By creating an account or using Marta Voice in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Marta Voice. By using the service, you represent that:
- You are at least 13 years of age.
- You are capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Your use of the service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with others.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You may not create accounts for others without their consent, or use another person's account.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Marta Voice to:
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users.
- Post or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights.
- Distribute spam, malware, or any malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Use the service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create (messages, usernames, profile pictures). By posting content on Marta Voice, you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content as necessary to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You are solely responsible for the content you share. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
6. Voice Communications
Voice calls on Marta Voice use peer-to-peer WebRTC technology. We do not record or store your voice audio. You are responsible for complying with any applicable laws regarding recording conversations with other parties in your jurisdiction.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Deactivate Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Marta Voice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of Marta Voice after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
